This Privacy Policy explains how PrakashDale LLC doing business as VareonApps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when people use Worq, the HR and payroll software we provide to organizations.

1. Information we collect

We collect information provided when an organization registers (such as name, email, and organization), content created in Worq (including employee profiles, attendance, leave, payroll data, employment documents, and attachments), and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

When a candidate applies to a vacancy published by an organization, we collect the application information that candidate submits, such as name, contact details, resume, and answers to the organization's questions. That information is provided to the hiring organization for its recruitment process. Worq provides the software. The hiring organization decides how it uses applications and whether to hire.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and improve Worq, authenticate users, support an organization's HR, payroll, and recruitment workflows, send service-related communications, process subscription payments, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share workspace data with the organization's administrators and the people that organization authorizes. We may share data with infrastructure, payment, and connected-product providers that help us host and deliver the service, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Card and bank details entered in checkout are processed by the payment provider. Worq does not store full card numbers.

4. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as the organization's account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deletion requests are handled subject to applicable law and the organization's own policies for employee and candidate records.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including organization-scoped access and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

Authorized users may update profile information in account settings. Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Candidate requests about an application should also be sent to the hiring organization, which controls that recruitment process.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand how Worq is used so we can improve reliability and performance. Public pages may record first-party events such as page views and demo requests, including campaign parameters a visitor arrives with.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
