Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Worq, the cloud HR and payroll software operated by PrakashDale LLC doing business as VareonApps ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, the organization agrees to these Terms.

1. The service

Worq is human resources and payroll software sold to organizations on a subscription. An organization uses it to manage employees, attendance, leave, shifts, payroll, and related workforce operations, including recruitment when that capability is included in the subscription. Worq is not a recruitment agency, job marketplace, or placement service. Hiring decisions belong to the organization that publishes a vacancy.

2. Who these Terms cover

The customer is the organization that creates a Worq account or purchases a subscription. An authorized user is an employee, manager, administrator, or other person the organization permits to use the service. A candidate is a person who applies to a vacancy the organization publishes through Worq. Candidates are not customers and are not charged by Worq to view a vacancy or submit an application.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Payments collected by Worq are for software subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and related software services purchased by an organization. Worq does not collect job application fees, candidate registration fees, or placement fees. Subscription details, including trials, activation, plan changes, and cancellation, are described in the Refund & cancellation policy.

4. Account registration

The organization must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure. The organization is responsible for activity under its account and workspace, including vacancies it publishes and decisions it makes about candidates and employees.

5. Acceptable use

Use Worq only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law, or upload malicious content.

6. Your data

The organization retains ownership of employee records, payroll data, documents, candidate applications, and other content it submits. It grants us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service, including connected products such as CXOne where applicable.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Worq available and reliable. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

8. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Using Worq includes those practices.

9. Termination

An organization may stop using Worq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Paid access through the end of a purchased term is described in the Refund & cancellation policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrakashDale LLC and VareonApps are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Worq.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Worq after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
