Refund and cancellation

This policy describes trials, subscription purchases, cancellation, and refunds for Worq software. Payments collected through Worq are for software subscriptions and related services purchased by organizations. Worq does not collect fees from candidates for viewing vacancies, submitting job applications, or obtaining employment.

Free trial

A new organization can use the plan it selects for 30 days. The trial does not require a card or other payment. When the trial ends, paid HR work stays limited until the organization buys a subscription. Data already stored is kept.

Subscription purchases

A subscription is purchased by an organization for its own workspace. It cannot be transferred to another organization. The price shown at checkout is the annual software subscription, with GST included. The subscription becomes active immediately, or on the start date shown before payment if the organization buys a term that begins later. Worq does not store full card numbers. Payment is processed by the payment provider.

Plan changes

An organization can upgrade, or move to another plan, from Billing. Unused value on the current term is applied as credit toward the new subscription. That credit stays on the organization's Worq account. It is not paid out as cash.

Cancellation

An organization may stop using Worq at any time. A purchased subscription runs through the term that was paid for. It does not renew by itself. After the paid term ends, the workspace remains available for a 7-day grace period so owners can renew. When that grace period ends, HR work stays restricted until the organization subscribes again. Records are kept.

Refunds

Subscription fees pay for the software term the organization purchased. We refund a payment that was duplicated or that did not activate the subscription shown at checkout. Other refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and are reviewed individually. Unused value from a plan change remains account credit.
