Role-based access, organization-level isolation, and audit trails keep employee and payroll information with the people who should see it.
Organization isolation
Every HR and payroll query is scoped to the active organization. Membership in another company does not unlock that company’s data until you switch.
Role-based access
Permissions come from the current organization role. Employees see self-service. Managers see their team. Payroll and HR roles see what they are granted — not “anyone who can log in.”
Audit trails
Sensitive creates and updates are recorded for administrators. Approvals leave a trail of who decided what.
Secure sign-in
Email and password or Google sign-in, plus invitations for new members. Enterprise can add SSO and SCIM when identity needs it.
Session and org switch
Switching organization issues a new access token. The next screen only shows that organization’s people and pay.
