How a 30-day Worq pilot works

What we do in the first week, what you keep in Excel, and how a trial differs from an assisted pilot.

Trial versus assisted pilot

Anyone can start a 30-day trial. An assisted pilot adds our time: import, policies, and sitting with you on the first attendance and payroll cycle.

A typical 30 days

Days 1–3: understand how you run HR today and import people.

The following weeks: real punches and leave for a small group, then a payroll review. You do not have to switch Excel off on day one.

What you should prepare

Headcount, how you capture attendance today, and who will be the first admin. A current employee list helps. Device or geofence details only if you already use them.
